1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the k789 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. k789 does not permit access by individuals under this age under any circumstances. k789 reserves the right to require age verification at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law and where such prohibition extends to the services offered by k789. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to using the Platform.
• Single Account: You must not hold, or have previously held, any other account on the k789 Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts is grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• Own Behalf: You must be acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party. Using another person's payment method or funding an account on behalf of another individual is prohibited.
• Not a Problem Gambler Under Self-Exclusion: You must not be self-excluded from the k789 Platform or from any other gaming platform operating under the same licensing authority. Knowingly circumventing a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the paid features of k789, including sports betting, casino games, and the deposit facility, you must register a Member account. Registration requires the following:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages, which will be used for account verification and two-factor authentication.
• A valid email address (where required during registration).
• A secure password of your own choosing, meeting k789's minimum complexity requirements.
• Confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k789 account credentials. k789 will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified k789 of a suspected compromise. You must notify k789 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration, and all information subsequently submitted during KYC verification, is true, accurate, current, and complete. k789 reserves the right to close accounts and withhold pending withdrawal requests where materially inaccurate information is identified at any stage.

3.3 Account Ownership

k789 accounts are non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or permitting a third party to operate your k789 account is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure without refund of any balance.

4. Deposits & Payments

k789 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT (TRC20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Own Funds

All deposits to your k789 account must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including family members, friends, or business accounts not registered to you — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount to the originating source.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed on the k789 cashier page at the time of transaction. These thresholds are subject to change by k789 at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the k789 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Where deposits are made in a currency other than PKR — such as USDT — conversion is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. k789 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

4.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your k789 account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the processing speed of the originating bank. k789 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

k789 processes withdrawal requests from verified Member accounts. All Members wishing to withdraw funds must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request above the applicable minimum threshold is processed.

5.1 KYC Documentation

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents, which must be valid and clearly legible:

• A copy of your Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), or a valid passport if you are a non-resident Pakistani national.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).
• Any additional documentation that k789 may request where required to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under applicable law.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Once a withdrawal request is submitted by a verified Member, k789 targets the following processing timelines: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals — within 12 hours for standard requests; bank transfer withdrawals — within 1–3 business days depending on the destination bank. These timelines are targets only and may be extended where k789's compliance or finance team requires additional time to process a request.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds credited to a Member account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to Real Funds eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus amounts. Real Funds and Bonus Funds are displayed separately within the k789 account dashboard.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily or weekly withdrawal limits apply per account tier and payment method. Current withdrawal limits are displayed within the k789 cashier section. k789 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large withdrawal requests, which may extend standard processing timelines.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the k789 Platform, including cricket, football, UFC, and all other sports markets offered.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted only when k789's system returns a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation receipt — whether due to connectivity issues, system errors, or odds having moved beyond acceptable tolerances — are not valid and no liability attaches to k789 in respect of such bets.

6.2 Odds and Markets

k789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or withdraw any betting market at any time without notice, including after a bet has been placed but before an event commences, where k789 has reasonable grounds to suspect integrity issues, irregular betting patterns, or where required by applicable licensing regulations.

6.3 Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. Where results are amended after initial confirmation by the governing body, k789 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets accordingly. k789's decision on the settlement of any disputed bet is final subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 16.

6.4 Void Bets

A bet shall be declared void and the stake returned where: (a) the event is abandoned or cancelled without a result being determined; (b) k789 determines that a pricing error or manifest error affected the odds at which the bet was accepted; or (c) the event or market is suspended for regulatory or integrity reasons before the bet could be settled.

6.5 Cricket-Specific Rules

PSL matches, international Test matches, T20 Internationals, and One Day Internationals are governed by the laws of cricket as administered by the relevant national board and the ICC respectively. In-play bets placed after the commencement of an event are settled on the basis of the state of play at the time the bet was accepted. Delays in live data feeds that affect in-play bet placement are not grounds for bet cancellation unless k789 specifically determines that a pricing error resulted from the delay.

7. Casino Game Rules

Casino games offered through the k789 Platform — including live dealer tables, RNG slot games, and instant games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and NetEnt among others. The rules of individual games are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider within the game interface.

7.1 Game Availability

k789 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, removed from the platform following termination of a provider relationship, or restricted in certain jurisdictions without prior notice.

7.2 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live casino session or RNG game round — including disconnection, game freeze, or server error — the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's account. k789 is not liable for any perceived or expected winnings from a round that could not be completed due to a technical failure.

8. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

k789 makes various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards available to Members from time to time. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the following general bonus policy:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only. Real Funds deposited alongside a bonus remain withdrawable subject to the standard verification requirements.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to k789 customer support immediately. Use of erroneously credited bonuses in wagering constitutes acceptance of liability to return equivalent value.
• k789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements already in progress shall remain subject to the terms applicable at the time the bonus was activated.
• Bonuses are available to Members for personal entertainment use only. Any evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, multi-accounting, or coordinated bonus abuse will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated bonus balances.

9. Responsible Gaming

k789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its member base. The following tools are available to all k789 Members and may be activated at any time through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set and take effect immediately. Increases to existing deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods. Loss limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable reminders notify Members of elapsed playing time at intervals they choose.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net balance change may be enabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may voluntarily exclude themselves from the k789 Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the selected period. k789 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access by self-excluded Members.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the k789 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the k789 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Attempting to systematically exploit bonus offers through arbitrage, multi-accounting, or coordinated strategies involving multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, exploit pricing errors, or interact with the Platform in any manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt wagering in connection with events on which k789 offers betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any financial crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other Members.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any part of the k789 Platform.
• Acting in a manner intended to disrupt, damage, or impair the k789 Platform or the experience of other Members.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the k789 Platform — including but not limited to the k789 brand, logo, website design, software, code, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and editorial content — are owned by or licensed to k789. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights in k789's intellectual property are transferred to Members by virtue of account registration or use of the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k789 excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from any cause including technical malfunction, service interruption, or errors in odds or game results.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and banking institutions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, statistics, or analysis published on the k789 Platform for the purpose of placing bets.

Nothing in these Terms limits k789's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of applicable law.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 Closure by k789

k789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; regulatory requirement; detection of duplicate accounts; or any conduct that k789 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be contrary to the interests of the integrity of the Platform or its members.

13.2 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by k789 for reasons other than a Member's breach of these Terms, Real Funds held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding AML checks. Where an account is closed due to a Member's breach of these Terms, k789 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting k789 customer support. Voluntary closure will be processed within five business days. Real Funds held at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment source subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

k789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform and the provision of services to Members. The manner in which k789 handles personal data is described in full in the k789 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering a k789 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

15. Amendments to These Terms

k789 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Continued use of the k789 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. Where you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3 prior to the effective date of the amendment.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k789 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with k789 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated by k789's licensing authority.

For disputes concerning the settlement of individual bets, Members must submit a formal dispute by contacting k789 customer support within 14 days of the disputed settlement date. k789 will review all supporting evidence and provide a written response within 28 days. k789's determination on individual bet settlement is final subject to the arbitration mechanism described above.
